Killing Giants Sermon Series Logo

I recently began a new sermon series at Bethel and wanted a logo that reflected the idea of actually killing giants. The “t” is falling, the “i” is fallen… and headless, like Goliath. The idea was inspired by a famous logo for Killed Productions.

Multiply My Media Logo

The Multiply My Media logo was created for a company specializing in CD and DVD mass-duplication service. Their website is coming soon. The idea was to incorprate the three “M’s” from their name into an image of CD’s being duplicated. Simple.

We Blog Better

We Blog Better began as a personal blogging project – a place for me to blog about social media. The site’s design was featured in numerous galleries and showcases. It’s traffic grew rapidly and because of some other commitments, I transferred ownership to a very talented blogger. It was designed with an intentional “blog” look.

High Impact Analytics Logo

high-impact-logo

High Impact Analytics “partners with manufacturers of consumer goods to help them grow their business by improving their supply chain and enabling them to establish a longer term and more profitable relationship with their retailer customers.” They requested a rather simple and clean logo concept. The final version is meant to convey a couple of feelings. One is boldness (or, impact), hence the rather bold typeface. I wanted to avoid the typical line graph image so often used to represent the “analytics” message and instead decided to convey that HIA helps their clients hit the target.

2Live4Him Logo and Blog Design

2live4him

N. Karsten Chearis needed a blogger template for his blog, 2Live4Him, so along with the blog template came an idea for a logo. The logo itself is designed to convey that we are to live for Him 24 hours per day (this was my thought at least). Karsten wanted a paper look and his own logo concept included kind of a dark stone background. It’s a great blog by the way – the content is well worth subscribing to!

Stormswift Media Logo

stormswift-media-logo

Stormswift Media recently contacted me in need of a logo design that would represent, in a very simple and iconic way, their name and identity. They requested the use of the four colors often used to identify video media and a typeface that would give a tech feel. In case you missed it, the four colors make a tornado, or at least a movement of clouds – hence a swift storm.

Missouri Compassion Website

Missouri Compassion

On the Web: www.missouricompassion.org
Website Design, Wordpress Integration, Hosting

Missouri Compassion is an organization that brings together the efforts of churches and state foster and adoption agencies to help put families together. It’s a tremendous effort and they needed a website that would allow them to distribute information, offer helpful articles, and tie together a directory of resources. Some parts of the site are still coming together as content becomes available. It was developed on Wordpress.

Blog About God Logo

blog-aboug-god-logo

Matt Fraser will soon be launching a very great personal blog and managed to find a great domain name for it, so he contacted me about a logo. After working through five or six possible concepts, and while trying avoid using imagery to convey the idea of God, we settled in on this idea of personal reflection. It stems from the fact that “blog” and “God” are such apt reflections of each other, and this blog will be Matt’s reflections on his walk with God.

Teamflix

teamflix

Teamflix helps school athletic programs by providing a means of video-taping sporting events, collecting the film and selling DVD’s via its (soon-to-be) ecommerce site. The logo was designed by Jeff Chadd and I developed the site on Wordpress and will soon be integrating a full-scale shopping cart system.

Brandon A. Cox – Personal Logo & Monogram

brandonacox-logo

After a long, long time, and many, many tries, I finally arrived at a settled conclusion on a personal logo/monogram. You can see it in action at brandonacox.com along with the Life Here and There masthead which indicates life (down) here and life (up) there as the subject of my blog. The hardest person to design for is myself!
