WordPress for Ministry Gallery Launched
I’ve recently launched a little fun project over at WP for Ministry. It’s intended to be a gallery of churches, ministries, pastors, and even Christian web designers using WordPress to power their sites. The theme for WP for Ministry is an Elegant Theme. Feel free to offer a submission with a screenshot and a description.
Wow, this is cool. I had thought about doing something similar… i also own the “wpministry.com” domain… possibly synergy?
Nice initiative. however isn’t it tooooo specific?

Just a note: I closed it down. I keep coming back to the need to operate only 2 blogs. I’ll delete this post at some point soon.

I’ve been tossing the idea around for six months – I’m still a bit nervous that I won’t have the time to keep it up to date, but WordPress has all kinds of potential for ministry usage.

You may very well be right. I have yet to have time to add anything to it. But I also think there are plenty of niche galleries out there. I don’t think I’d try to compete if it were more broad.
