The problem is that when you cut-and-paste the code from your blog, the quotes are all wrong and they have to be fixed. Once all the quotes are sorted, it works fine. So far, everyone who has had your problem has traced it back to something being wrong with the img src url in the header.php file. You might try hard linking directly to the image's location. There is a plugin available to create dropdowns, but it requires a bit of customization. You are also welcome to copy the css/xhtml from one theme to the other.
